1 Don't you hate it when things go smoothly? Said no one ever. We truly believe that we have created a smooth customer experience from start to finish. First step? Contact us by phone or email to review your project or needs. We'll provide you with a detailed quote. Once you've approved that, we're off to the races.
2 Depending on your project type, we'll either schedule our on location filming/photo date or we'll begin work on your design or ad project. We'll give you a timeline with detailed updates at each stage of the review process. One great thing about working with us is that we don't take feedback personally. We love when a client let's us know what specific changes they'd like to see.
3 The delivery and implementation of your project is the most important step. Our goal is not only to deliver a high quality product, but to make sure you have all the tools and resources necessary to showcase it to your customers.
